Carrot cake

4 carrots with 100 g butter cooked
together in the pan till it gets softer
100 ml sugar + 4 eggs
300 ml (1,5 cup) flour
2 small spoon baking powder
1 small spoon vanilla sugar
some grated lemon peel

Cream cheese (Philadelpia type) to glaze on top
(I have mixed with some cream and 1 spoon lemon juice)

Bake 50 min - 180 C
