Oat meal cookies.

Oat meal cookies once again. This time- much better, I could say. Maybe bevauve Now I have added rasins, seeds, dried berries..

No sugar or flour added!

Your favourite nuts,
seeds, dried berries, rasins..
mix with 3 spoon honey
lay it onto
3 cups oatmeal
12 min in the oven- don't forget to stir every two minutes..

inspired by keistai paprasta, just mine is not-sweet version

1 quite big zuchini
1 cup Quinoa (2 cups when boiled)
1 cup flour (whole grain)
some grated cheese
3 eggs
2 t. spoons baking powder
1 cup natural yogurt

Carrot soup

Super simple, super good

5 carrots cuttet and cooked in some butter in the pan.
Mealwhile 4 potatoes boiling in 1 l water,
after 5- 10 min- put carrots with butter into the water together with potatoes.
cook until it is soft, add a bit of salt.
blend everything with a blender and a 1/2 glass of milk.

ate it with a bit grated parmesan cheese on the top, and tosted bread.
yummy dinner.
